Wow, we had some fabulous news this month as Mr Lambe has been nominated by some of his lovely breast augmentation and eyelift patients for The Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon of the Year Award 2021 by The Safety in Beauty organisation!

The Safety in Beauty Awards aims to celebrate the companies, individuals and brands “doing things right” in the aesthetics and beauty industry. Since they launched The Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards seven years ago, they’ve become a prestigious and highly acclaimed event and Covid permitting, they are presenting their 7th year of awards this year.
The Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards Ceremony and Gala Ball this year is on the magical pre-Christmas date of the 4th of December 2021, and we agree it is a wonderful way to end the year and start our Christmas celebrations…!
We look forward to celebrating together with the team in London and their other esteemed guests of industry professionals, brands, media and influencers, in what has been dubbed “an unforgettable event in opulent luxurious surroundings at the 5 star Royal Lancaster Hotel, London”.
Outstanding Aesthetics Business
The Diamond Awards are dedicated to paying special tribute to the many outstanding business services, professionals and brands in the beauty and aesthetics industry. The awards highlight those going “the extra mile for their patients” and those in pursuit of “THE highest standards of safety and excellence” in an industry which can sometimes, frustratingly, be tainted by a rogue minority.
We will have our tissues at the ready on the night as it promises to share stories of celebrating those transforming and empowering the public in the most positive ways. We’ll be hearing about inspirational transformations and real-life tales of tenacious kindness, dedication and support in the cosmetic industry.
Cosmetic Surgery Patient Safety
Mr Lambe has championed the cessation of BBL surgery in the UK media (the most dangerous of all cosmetic surgeries with a 1:3000 chance of death) in the press and on national TV.

Mr Lambe was contacted by the press to comment on the high risks of some cosmetic surgery procedures such as BBL’s and has had high profile coverage stories such as the Leah Cambridge case, where a mother of 2 children went to Turkey to have BBL surgery (Brazilian Butt Lift) and after having 3 cardiac arrests, died on the operating table.
Mr Lambe is also a Spokesperson for BAAPS (The British Association of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons) which is against cosmetic surgery tourism.

We are delighted to have been nominated for the awards but it has not come as too much of a surprise as Mr Lambe has been receiving regular glowing reviews for the surgery he has performed around Manchester, Cheshire and Chester.
