Your Consultation – Spire Manchester
Once you have decided to proceed with your cosmetic surgery, we will be happy to make you an appointment for a consultation, where you can discuss any personal issues, questions and concerns you may have, in a realistic, honest and open way.
Your Consultation will last about 40 minutes. Mr Lambe will be happy to give you a total cost for any surgery you require once he has seen you in person. You will be asked to share your past medical history as well as details of any medication that you are currently taking.
Please allow yourself plenty of time beforehand for travel and parking, so that you can be relaxed and make the most of your Consultation in our Manchester clinic.
The Price of your Cosmetic Surgery

We hope you understand that you are individual and unique and no one fixed cost is applicable to every patient we see. Rest assured, once we have seen you, we will answer any questions you have and give you a fixed price for your cosmetic surgery without any added extras.
You will not be charged the earth, but we do not compete with the low-cost surgeries offered abroad for example in Turkey or the fast turnover and low cost breast enlargement surgery offered by some companies which you may have heard of in ads on TV and who have been criticised for appearing in between programmes with young viewers such as Love Island.

Where to eat and drink ahead of your cosmetic surgery in Manchester
Didsbury and South Manchester is thriving with many restaurants, bars and clubs for you to relax in prior to your cosmetic surgery.
If you would like us to recommend a restaurant in Didsbury near your hotel, we recommend Croma for their delicioius pizzas and good vibes. If you’d like to experience the buzz of the Hale set while you are here, then we highly recommend Piccolinos Restaurant on Ashley Road in Hale for it’s warm welcome, buzz and nice food!
In Altrincham, if you’d prefer a nice brunch or lunch, then Justin at Toast in the old Bank Building is highly recommended. He will give you a warm welcome and does some great food too. You can park at Goose Green Car Park which is just a minute from Toast to make your life so much easier.
If you’d like to venture further in town, then The Ivy in Spinningfields Manchester is a must, but you will need to book early!
