What is a Blepharoplasty?
Blepharoplasty is a popular cosmetic surgery to remove the excess skin or fat from your eyelids, with the aim of improving your drooping eyelids and help putting eyeshadow and makeup easier to put on and stay on without rubbing off.
“For upper eyelids, the surgeon would remove excess skin, fat or muscle form the eyelid by making an incision along the eyelid crease, before stitching back along the natural fold of the eyelid afterwards. This normally takes about an hour”.

How much does Blepharoplasty cost?
It is highly recommended that consullations should be made before considering any cosmetic surgery. On average, blepharoplasty can cost between £2,000 and £6,000 in the UK.
Mr Lambe currently charges a set cost for upper blepharoplasty surgery, which takes him around 40 minutes and is a quick and easy procedure to undertake using local anaesthetic. The cost of an upper blepharoplasty is £4100 (cost as at December 2020).

Success of any cosmetic procedure is finding the right Surgeon. I landed lucky with Mr Lambe. I’m really pleased with my upper eye lift/blepharoplasty. It’s changed my face but in such a subtle way.
I was scared naturally but unnecessarily. It took 40 mins, didn’t hurt and I was recovering nicely after only a couple of days. Worth every penny to look less tired around the eyes. I also think I look younger.
