Hi I’m Jayne and I am the Clinic Manager at Reflect. I have been working in the medical industry as a Clinic Manager for over 15 years. I am probably the first person you will speak to when you make an enquiry and I love talking to people about the exciting changes they can make to their face and body with cosmetic surgery.
Having had cosmetic surgery myself, I totally understand the waves of emotion that can come over you when thinking about changing your face or body and I know what a positive difference cosmetic surgery can make to your life.
In my spare time I love spending time with my hubby Tim. I also enjoy working out at the gym and my lunchtime walks my two French bulldogs Teddy Bear & Peabody.

Joanna Lambe
Director
MDip, Assoc CIPD
Communication Studies BA (Hons)Like lots of Mums I juggle work, home, family and friends and try to squeeze in some fitness classes along the way…!
I have a degree in Communications, am a Chartered Marketer and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. I’m constantly trying to improve myself!
We have many patients who would like breast surgery (either a breast enlargement or breast reduction) and have struggled to find the right size clothes or can’t wear what they would like to because of their top-heavy shape or because they lack confidence as they have small breasts. By listening to patients and giving them the information they need in a no pressure environment, we help women make the best decision for them.
