A clinic with you in mind
When you first call us you will speak to Jayne, our Clinic Manager, who will put you at ease and help with any initial questions you may have and make you an appointment for your private consultation to talk about your cosmetic surgery aspirations whether it is to enlarge your breasts with a breast augmentation or to look younger with the help of an eyelift.
Together we have many years of experience with cosmetic surgery patients and we are delighted to help you on your patient journey.
Our mission is to offer the highest quality of care to all our patients. We aim to ensure that you are fully aware of the benefits and risks of surgery before you decide to go ahead with any improvements to your face or figure.
We will do our best to make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible before, during and after your consultation and procedure(s). And we will be delighted to discuss with you and answer any questions via telephone in office hours or out of hours via our contact form.

Hi I’m Mr Lambe and I will personally look after you at your consultation, during your cosmetic surgery procedure and finally see you for your aftercare when you are on the road to recovery.
You’re in safe hands with me as I have been performing female surgeries including breast surgery (enlargements sometimes known as breast augmentations, breast augs or boob jobs), breast reductions and breast uplifts, for many years now and complex breast surgery is my main focus.
Hi I’m Jayne and I am the Clinic Manager at Reflect. I have been working in the medical industry as a Clinic Manager for over 15 years. I am probably the first person you will speak to when you make an enquiry and I love talking to people about the exciting changes they can make to their face and body with cosmetic surgery.
Having had cosmetic surgery myself, I totally understand the waves of emotion that can come over you when thinking about changing your face or body and I know what a positive difference cosmetic surgery can make to your life.
In my spare time I love spending time with my hubby Tim. I also enjoy working out at the gym and my lunchtime walks my two French bulldogs Teddy Bear & Peabody.

I also have a great interest in non-invasive aesthetic techniques, as part of your holistic care and I give botulinum toxin and filler injections, use lasers and remove lesions so that you are well and look your best.

Like lots of Mums I juggle work, home, family and friends and try to squeeze in some fitness classes along the way…!
I have a degree in Communications, am a Chartered Marketer and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. I’m constantly trying to improve myself!
We have many patients who would like breast surgery (either a breast enlargement or breast reduction) and have struggled to find the right size clothes or can’t wear what they would like to because of their top-heavy shape or because they lack confidence as they have small breasts. By listening to patients and giving them the information they need in a no pressure environment, we help women make the best decision for them.

Fellow of The Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA)
My name is Patrick, but everyone calls me Pach (pronounced Patch)!
I am with you throughout your cosmetic surgery to look after all aspects of your medical care, ensure your anaesthetic goes smoothly and to provide you with excellent pain relief.
Mr Lambe, Mr Vlachogiorgos and I work closely together before, during and after your surgery to plan for any particular medical needs you have and to answer any questions – please just ask!
My medical training started in Newcastle upon Tyne, from where I graduated in 1999 and my anaesthetic training was undertaken in the Nottingham & East Midlands training program. I was appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist in Manchester in 2010.
My clinical work involves anaesthesia for a wide range of adult and paediatric patients, using general and regional techniques. I have a particular specialist interest in anaesthesia for aesthetic surgery.
During my career my interest in education has led me to serve as a Royal College of Anaesthetists College Tutor & Speciality Training Lead, as an Honorary Senior Lecturer for the University of Manchester Medical School, and I currently serve as an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University.
Away from work my wife and I juggle family life with 3 children and a house to renovate, so are always busy! I am a keen sportsman, with golf, squash and ski-ing being my passions.
Hi I’m Adelina. I am a registered nurse and I will be caring for you after your surgery. I work closely with Mr Lambe and Mr Vlachogiorgos to ensure you get the best possible outcome following your surgery.
I qualified as a nurse in 2014 at the University of Chester and carried on to do a MSc in public health. My background is surgical nursing with a key interest in cosmetic surgery.
My focus is to help you through your journey to ensure that your recovery is as smooth as possible. I will be there to answer any post-operative questions that you may have and guide you through the recovery phase of your journey.
