Breast augmentation compression wear
We are often asked “what underwear should I wear after my breast surgery?” and to be honest we have looked far and wide for the best support wear for our patients, so that they are comfortable, supported and have the best opportunities to heal nicely after their operation.

Benefits of the support bras
The company was formed by researching and talking with cosmetic surgeons about the best type of support for their patients, including the material, what it needs to do and what it needs to avoid doing.
Mr Lambe has long since said that the underwired bras that many women wear now would irritate and would be very uncomfortable post breast enlargement surgery as it would lie against the small pocket wound (usually now just a couple of inches long) where the breast implants are inserted.
Depending on where your breast implants are placed, sub-glandular or dual-plane, you will need supportive underwear along your journey. The best underwear provides gentle but firm support to aid your recovery.
Your aftercare
As always, your care is our top priority and the material is made of a special polyamine/elastane mix which has a strong support benefit and is very comfortable for you to wear and looks smooth and sophisticated with it’s satin finish.
The garments are medical grade compression and are low-hydrophilic which means they do not absorb moisture. For example, did you know that cotton bras absorb 25 times their amount of moisture?
It is very easy to pick the correct size as you only need measure under your breasts as the cups actually EXPAND to the shape and size of your new breasts, which is incredible! They come in sizes from 28″ to 46″ back measurement.
The company recommend that you buy 2, then you can always wear one when the other is in the wash. And although you usually buy them for your breast augmentation journey, for your post-surgery, they can actually be a comfortable bra for life!
