Together we have many years of experience with cosmetic surgery patients and we are delighted to help you on your patient journey…

Mr Gerard Lambe

GMC No:4217987

Hi I’m Mr Lambe and I will personally look after you at your consultation, during your cosmetic surgery procedure and finally see you for your aftercare when you are on the road to recovery.

You’re in safe hands with me as I have been performing female surgeries including breast surgery (enlargements sometimes known as breast augmentations, breast augs or boob jobs), breast reductions and breast uplifts, for many years now and complex breast surgery is also my main focus in the NHS. We focus on female patients here and one of the most popular procedures we carry out is the mummy makeover which is a combination of breast surgery, a tummy tuck and liposuction to enable women to gain both their body confidence and self-confidence back, after the toll that pregnancy and childbirth have taken on their body.

Having two daughters of my own and working with many female colleagues, I am experienced and feel compassion for women’s concerns about their body and face and understand the clear link between their happiness with their own body, their self-esteem and self-confidence which enable them to have the confidence to live their best life.

I love art, sculpture and music and when I’m not performing in the theatre I like to relax by playing guitar and painting. I also enjoy collecting unique pieces of art which I pick up on my travels.

Mr Lambe is a fully accredited Plastic Surgeon based in Manchester and appears on the General Medical Council (GMC No:4217987) Specialist Registrar for Plastic Surgery. In 2010 he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery.

He also teaches micro-surgery to medical trainees and is a regular speaker at Medical Conferences and Women’s Events. He is a Spokesperson for BAAPS and has taught audiences from around the world including Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Japan.

He says

each talk I produce is different as cosmetic surgery is constantly innovating and devising new techniques to benefit the Patient and Surgeon in terms of operating time and results. It’s so interesting to hear from the new generation of medical trainees with their fresh ideas and enthusiasm for the speciality

He is a regular contributor to The BMJ (The British Medical Journal).

He makes regular appearances in women’s magazines, and both national and international press, and is a ‘Go To” Cosmetic Surgeon for providing an expert quote and/or offering his Expert plastic surgery opinions to Journalists on national online publications such as The Manchester Evening News, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Daily Mirror, The Sun, The Star, The Huffington Post and The New York Post to name but a few. He is regularly quoted internationally.

Don’t be surprised to see Mr Lambe quoted in women’s magazines such as OK, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Now, Vogue, Cheshire Life and The Cheshire Magazine.

As one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in Manchester, he is a regular BAAPS Spokesperson (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) and has appeared on BBC Breakfast, This Morning, ITVBe’s The Real Housewives of Cheshire and Loose Women. He has been interviewed by a number of radio stations throughout the UK to comment on trends in cosmetic surgery such as recent Botox figures and how cosmetic surgery is changing, as well as numerous national and international newspapers and magazines to talk about Botox, Brazilian bum lifts and also of course about breast surgery.

He is recognised locally for his appearances on The Real Housewives of Cheshire where he held a consultation for Darby Ward, Taylor Ward and Dawn Ward showcasing the state-of-the-art Crisalix Virtual Reality Visors for patients seeking breast enlargements.  These have since gone on to have a life of their own with the catchphase coined by Taylor Ward who called them #BoobGoggles. Gerard went on to operate on Darby Ward with breast enlargement surgery on the show and her “grand reveal” appeared on the show. She has since gone on to model for the prestigious Victoria’s Secret underwear brand and can be seen promoting their bras and lingerie to great effect with the boost to both her self-confidence and body-confidence this has given her!

Jayne Bailey

Hi I’m Jayne and I am the Clinic Manager at Reflect. I am probably the first person you will speak to when you make an enquiry and I love talking to people about the exciting changes they can make to their face and body with cosmetic surgery.

Having had cosmetic surgery myself, I totally understand the waves of emotion that can come over you when thinking about changing your face or body and I know what a positive difference cosmetic surgery can make to your life.

I love working in plastic surgery as there is nothing better than hearing how happy Mr Lambe’s many patients are after surgery!

When you call for your consultation I will have a no-pressure chat about the cosmetic surgery procedure you are interested in and ensure that when you book in it is at a date and time to suit you, as this is a really important part of your journey so that you can plan your recovery around work, children and social engagements. I will also give you an idea of the price of your cosmetic surgery and will then send you an exact quote of the cost of your individual surgery after your consultation.

Spire offer 0% interest on cosmetic surgery procedures and as I have previously worked in Spire and know all the staff really well, I can assure you they will take great care of you.

Joanna Lambe

Communication Studies BA (Hons), MDip, Assoc CIPD

Like lots of Mums I juggle work, home, family and friends and try to squeeze in some fitness classes along the way…!

I have a degree in Communications, am a Chartered Marketer and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. I’m constantly trying to improve myself!

We have many patients who would like breast surgery (either a breast enlargement or breast reduction) and have struggled to find the right size clothes or can’t wear what they would like to because of their top-heavy shape or because they lack confidence as they have small breasts.  By listening to patients and giving them the information they need in a no pressure environment, we help women make the best decision for them.

It’s really rewarding to be able to contribute towards women achieving their potential whether it’s body-confidence, self-confidence or both they need help with. It’s also great to see our patients moving forward, making the most of their enhanced face or figure, being secure in their new found look and enabling them to make the most of their lives perhaps by meeting a new partner or improving their career prospects. We’ve seen, time and time again, that their new found confidence gives them the boost they need to make the best life possible for themselves. It’s all about choice.

As a convert to social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook I am often your first point of contact for any questions you may have about our posts, events or specific cosmetic surgery questions and I love hearing from you directly in your comments.

Apostolos Vlachgiorgos

GMC NO: 7258084

Apostolos hails from Greece and is a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon with many years of training in both Greece and the UK. Some people may find it difficult to pronounce his name, but if you think of an Apostle and add “olos” then you have the pronunciation correct!

Personally, he is dedicated, charming and honest and has worked with Mr Lambe in the NHS for a few years before they decided they would work well together in our team.

Having graduated from the Medical University of Athens in 2006 and core training in General Surgery, he started his training in the specialty of Plastic Surgery and has been living and working in the UK since 2012 and has worked for many years at The Christie, in Manchester, which is of course, internationally recognized as one of the best oncology hospitals in the world. During this period, he worked closely and was trained by Mr Lambe to perform complex reconstructive cases, treating skin cancers but also assisting in all aesthetic procedures. In 2020 he entered the Specialist Register of GMC as a fully trained Plastic Surgeon

Whilst training, he developed a great passion for the reconstructive aspect of plastic surgery. In 2018 he successfully completed his Masters in Reconstructive Microsurgery with Distinction. Since 2019, Apostolos is an Honorary Lecturer at the Queen Mary University of London, teaching microsurgery.  He also regularly participates in national and international plastic surgery meetings to ensure he has the latest information and uses the most up-to-date techniques as well as contributing to plastic surgery articles.

He also shares a great interest in surgical and non-invasive aesthetic techniques. He has been performing botulinum toxin and filler injections amongst other cosmetic treatments with lasers since 2008 in his own separate company.

Apostolos says “I truly believe that everyone is unique and requires an individual, tailor-made approach”. In his spare time, Apostolos spends quality time with his family and friends. He loves CrossFit, swimming and weightlifting and he is a big fan of the Keto diet!

He aims to give natural, long-lasting results and to support “ageing gracefully” which is the same ethos here at Reflect Clinic where we pride ourselves in delivering results where you look like the most beautiful YOU!
