Patient Journeys
It’s so rewarding to be part of our patient journeys where patients tell us in detail where they were before their breast enlargement and where they are now, after their surgery and the recovery process are completed.
It’s absolutely heart warming to see patients so happy having increased confidence and a big smile 😉
Here’s one of our beautiful patients, Jazmin, after having a bi-lateral mastopexy (breast uplift) with a breast augmentation (enlargement) with breast implants.
She had lots of support from her sister and Mum, which was so comforting for her (and us!) so that she was fully supported emotionally as well as having the excellent care provided by our team of medical experts at Reflect Clinic.
Excitement leading up to Op
Jazmin was kind enough to share her journey on TikTok with a really professional and personal reel, made with the help of her sister (impressive!)
It was also great to hear that she had a lot of emotional support from her Mum and sister as well as practical help (and making top videos along the way) on her cosmetic surgery journey.
At only 23, Jazmin is a lovely young lady, with a great family and the most beautiful skin!! I would certainly swap!!

Self-Confidence Journey
Jazmin started her journey to her dream body by having Mounjaro® weight loss injections which helps you feel fuller between meals and also lowers your appetite.
It was licensed and approved for weight loss in the UK on 23 March (according to www.england.nhs.uk) 2025 and since then has been trending on all media as it has been shown to give fantastic weight loss results.
The NHS says that it also requires participation in a behavioural support programme for weight management, including dietary changes and increased physical activity.
You may be eligible for Mounjaro® if you have a BMI of 40 kg/M2 or more, but you will need to see your doctor for a consultation so that they can assess your individual case.
Before Breast Augmentation
As part of the journey, Jazmin sent us her “before” surgery photo of how she filled her strapless white top, via her TikTok account.
I’ve taken a still from the video, which shows her “before” body, so that you can see a direct comparison with the “after” image below.
She also said that it was really helpful to her to have use of our 3D Virtual Reality software from Crisalix. This is a FREE extra that we offer at Reflect Clinic, so that you can see your virtual reality self in 3D, with different breast sizes, in bikinis and clothes.

After Breast Augmentation
Here is Jazmin’s “after photo” in exactly the same white top, and from the same angle, so that you can really see the difference before her breast augmentation and after her breast augmentation.
She also had a breast mastopexy (which is otherwise known as a breast uplift) as she felt that after her weight loss, her breasts had lost some volume.

Jazmin started her body confidence journey by contacting us after seeing Mr Lambe on a TikTok reel and it was lovely to meet her and be able to help her achieve her goals.
It was great to hear some feedback for Reflect where she enthused “the whole process was fantastic”.
