1 Why are you having a breast augmentation with implants?

I was very flat chested so wanted a more hour glass figure.

2 What research did you do prior to booking?

I went to a few cosmetic surgeons but my partner met Mr Lambe and I had a look online and the reviews were good so went ahead and booked.

3 How did you feel after booking your chat with Jayne?

Great and very confident I was making the right choice.

Mr Lambe says: “We use 3D Virtual Reality software where patients give us their before photos from the front, from the left and from the right, then we feed these images into the software and enhance them with the different size breast implants, in virtual reality, so that our patients can see what they will look like with the different choices of breast implants, so that they can go ahead and choose the right size for them! Patients are amazed by them and can go away and chat with friends and family and think about the look they are trying to achieve so that they get what they expect and ultimately their dream sized breasts and our aim is to make their new breasts look as natural as possible).”

I Asked How long before trying to conceive can you have breast enlargement surgery?

A lot of people ask can you breast feed after having breast enlargement surgery and the answer is yes because the nipple stays in tact and the breast implants are placed behind the nipple, either behind the muscle, in front of the muscle or dual plane where they are placed in between both planes to give the optimum natural looking result for our patients.

However, your breasts will change after pregancy and breast feeding, so some patients choose to wait until after they have had their family to have their breast enlargement surgery while others would like to make the most of their figure while they are young, free and single to give them optimum body confidence and ultimately the self confidence to go on and achieve their best life!

5 How did you feel after your consultation with Mr Lambe?

Very informed and confident that he was the right plastic surgeon for me.

6 Any tips for anyone thinking of having a boob job?

The rice bags are heavy and that is what put me off going bigger, but the implants are very, very light in comparison.

7 How was your recovery? What did you expect and how was it different?

The recovery was worse for the first two weeks.

However, after 10 days it really became OK.

8 How was your aftercare experience? What really helped?

The after care meeting again to remove the dressings made me feel secure and that I could also contact Jayne to ask what was going on and if it was normal!

9 What do you think of your results?

I really love my results! They are lovely and very natural, which is what I wanted.

I probably would have gone a bit bigger, but I have hear “boob greed” is a thing!

10 How has cosmetic surgery changed your life?

In summer and on holiday I will feel a lot more confident, I think it really makes my figure look very balanced now as opposed to bottom heavy. Very flattering in clothes that I have worn so far!
